Shipping Locations
We currently offer shipping across India to all serviceable pin codes. At present, international shipping is not supported.

Order Confirmation & Processing
All orders placed on our website are accepted only on a prepaid basis. Orders are processed for shipment only after successful payment confirmation.
Once payment is verified, the order enters processing and is prepared for dispatch within standard operational timelines.

Estimated Delivery Timeline
Under normal operating conditions, deliveries are completed within up to 7 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
Delivery duration may vary based on, but not limited to:

  • Customer location and pin code serviceability

  • Courier partner logistics

  • Local, state, or central government regulations

  • Natural events, public holidays, strikes, or unforeseen disruptions

We shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping & Courier Partners
Orders are shipped through third-party courier and logistics service providers. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we do not exercise direct control over courier operations once the shipment has been dispatched.

Shipment Tracking
Where available, shipment tracking details will be shared with the customer via email, SMS, or other registered communication channels upon dispatch. Tracking updates are subject to the courier partner’s system accuracy and availability.

Delivery Attempts & Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at the time of checkout.
Failed delivery attempts due to incorrect address details, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept delivery may result in delays or additional shipping charges.

Packaging & Risk of Loss
All products are securely packaged prior to dispatch. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon successful delivery of the shipment to the provided address.

Delays & Force Majeure
We shall not be responsible for delays or failures in delivery arising from events beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, lockdowns, transportation disruptions, or courier service interruptions.
